Model 231 and Code of Ethics

AB’s Model 231 is a coherent set of principles, procedures and provisions that affects our internal operation and the manner in which we deal with the outside world. We have set it up as a dynamic system, designed to be updated and integrated whenever necessary.

The principles and provisions of the 231 OMM are complied with by all AB personnel and by all parties involved, including customers, suppliers, partners and collaborators.

AB has entrusted the task of supervising the operation and observance of the 231 OMM, as well as of updating it, to a body with autonomous powers of initiative and control: the Supervisory Body (SB).

AB’s 231 OMM consists of a general part as well as of a special part and of attachments.
