For the second consecutive year, AB is one of the Top Employers Italy certified companies.

This is why we are particularly proud to announce that AB has obtained the important Top Employers certification for the second consecutive year. Like last year, the Company joined the program managed by the Top Employers Institute, the global certification body for company excellence in the HR field. This result confirms that AB is on the right path in positioning its corporate HR processes increasingly at the forefront and close to everyone’s needs.

For over forty years, the multinational has stood alongside companies looking to increase their competitiveness through the adoption of energy sustainability solutions. With its claim “ABetter Way”, it expresses its mission not only towards its 1,200 customers in 20 countries around the world where it operates, but also towards the more than 1,200 employees.

The Top Employers Certification is the official recognition of corporate excellence in HR policies and strategies and their implementation to contribute to the well-being of people, improve the work environment and the world of work and is issued to companies that reach and meet the high standards required by the HR Best Practices Survey.

The Survey covers 6 macro areas in the HR field, examining and analyzing in depth 20 different topics and best practices including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and many others.
