The components of the external structure of the module are made with the aid of the team of robots. The folding, cutting and welding processes of the module's external structure are controlled by robotic lines that ensure precision and speed of execution.
In the structural steelwork department, the semi-finished products are assembled, giving shape to the product that will later host the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components of the plant.
The plant is pre-assembled in the factory in order to check that all the elements comply exactly with the design expectations, thus minimizing installation time.
Once the construction of the external packaging has been completed, the module is ready for the washing and water painting phases, followed by the introduction of the internal combustion engine.
After housing the engine, the ECOMAX® set up is completed by implementing the electrical, mechanical and hydraulic parts.
ECOMAX® can also be configured for indoor installations, through integration with existing energy chains or the creation of completely new technological layouts.
The design and construction of central plants is the result of AB’s engineering skills in defining optimal configurations for individual locations. Skills to which we add professionalism in completing the installation phases even in the most complex conditions.
