The DeNOx SCR Reactor processes the NOx emissions from the ECOMAX® modules fueled with natural gas or biogas from anaerobic digestion, ensuring compliance with the emission limits into the atmosphere.
To do this, it uses the most effective technology for neutralizing NOx nitrogen oxides typically contained in combustion process exhaust gases: SCR selective catalytic reduction.

The DeNOx SCR reactor is available not only for the ECOMAX® plants during design, but also for existing cogeneration systems, in scenarios where a plant requires revamping or retrofitting due to changes in the regulations on emissions.

The particular parallelepiped shape and the special insulation contribute to the general containment of the dimensions of the DeNOx SCR. reactor. Special technical solutions are available for placing it in particularly limited spaces.
Regeneration
After reaching the minimum efficiency level, the catalyzed elements that make up the reactor can be regenerated, through a process that can restore the initial performance level of the catalyst.
Management system
The DeNOx SCR management system is perfectly integrated with the SCADA ECOMAX® system. It is possible to monitor and configure the operation parameters of the NOx reduction system from the supervision PC.
