It is the central hub of an industrial center where the engineering, service and management structures of the Group are based: a reality characterized by structural and organizational choices to work better and produce quality.

The entire plant is characterized by technological innovation, with projects ranging from the use of an automatic warehouse to the choice of full thermal autonomy of the buildings, ensured by the adjacent biogas cogeneration plant that powers the floor heating of the workshops and offices, as well as the summer air conditioning.

In this way, we have made the company’s operational management even more Lean, with a view to reducing delivery times, increasing product modularity and configurability and achieving ever higher quality standards.

Further increasing AB's competitiveness, through the effective and efficient management of business processes and the reduction of waste, translates into significant advantages in terms of product and service offered to the end customer.

AB is the only industrial group in its sector able to internally manage the entire production cycle of a plant: design, production, installation, commissioning and maintenance for the entire life of the plant.

The strength of the AB business model is multidisciplinarity, which takes shape as a network of relationships and as an exchange of skills aimed at obtaining the highest product quality within defined time schedules and without wasting resources.

As a first step, the sales engineering section carries out a complete technical-economic feasibility plan. The design office then deals with aspects relating to electrical, mechanical and process engineering. The assistance service during the authorization phase of the project is included.

The production phase takes place in the AB industrial center in Orzinuovi, through consolidated procedures perfected thanks to the company's experience and by using advanced resources, including an automatic warehouse. AB then handles the installation phases, with hydraulic, mechanical and electrical interfacing, in synergy with the specific customer circumstances.

Based on the customer's needs, the AB Service can manage the remote monitoring of the plant installed, the assistance and the maintenance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

It is the automated warehouse that guarantees the high efficiency of AB's industrial process, in a productive and safe dialogue between men and machines. Based on the production plan, the warehouse supplies the components necessary for developing the various orders.
