Thanks to the AB systems, very high energy costs are significantly reduced, together with a reduction in consumption and environmental impact.

Over the last years, in fact, data centers have increased their capacity in response to the increase in global data traffic and to the number of people connected to the web: today they are responsible for approximately 1-1.5% of the increase in the total consumption of electricity, for a total of 200,000 GWh/year, which equals 0.3% of CO₂ emissions.

About half of the energy consumed in a data center is used by the computing servers, while another 40% is used for cooling, with forecasts of increase: the future challenges for data centers are in fact the densification of the electrical load and the increased thermal dissipation of servers.

In connection with the green energy initiatives, high efficiency and reliable and modular infrastructure are indispensable for data centers: AB meets their needs.
